Riderwood Village is located at the intersection of I-95 and the Capital Beltway in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. Upon completion, Riderwood Village will provide 2,000 apartments of independent senior living, an extended care center, and a chapel. Planned in four neighborhoods, each cluster of residential buildings will surround its own community building. The Village will maximize the views of the surrounding wooded areas and minimize the impact of the development on surrounding residential communities. All of the buildings will be connected by enclosed walkways for the convenience of all residents.
