Located in Perry Hall the Express Y is a 15,000 SF wellness/fitness center. The Express Y breaks away from traditional "Y" facilities because it is a tenant fit-out space instead of a stand alone building. The space includes an open reception area, playroom for children, offices, locker rooms, aerobics room, and fitness area. The fitness area is broken down into three spaces which include cardio, strength training, and free weights.
