The Broadway Overlook development, a HOPE VI project at the site of the former Church Home Hospital provides apartment units in mixed-income housing. Reminiscent of 19th century townhomes this new urban infill restores the streetwall to enhance the boulevard. The centerpiece of the community is the adaptive reuse of the historic hospital building that crests the hilltop, and overlooks the city and Baltimore harbor. The apartment building located at Fayette and Broadway Streets is a mix of 18 one and two bedroom units with hidden parking and accessible apartments.
